After Sales Terms
1a. Customer exchanges or returns must be processed within 7 days of the goods being shipped. Goods must be returned with original packaging.
1b. Once the goods are used, modified or damaged due to improper use, they will not be returned or exchanged. Except for factory quality issues.
1c. If the product needs to be reserved, if the wholesale price increases, we have the right to collect the relevant price difference from the customer. The customer has the right to choose cancellation and refund.
1d. If you give up the collection, our company will not provide replacement or refund, please note.
2. Due to food safety considerations, after the customer picks up the cottage cheese and leaves the store, there will be no problem with the quality of the cheese itself. Returns/exchanges are not accepted.
3. All paid Cottage Cheese orders cannot be changed or refunded. 4. For food safety reasons, we will discard cheese that has not been picked up 10 days after the expected arrival date.
When purchasing Florihana products, please pay attention to the following conditions:
